수산업법 제92조(어장구역 등에 관한 재결)

① 어장의 구역, 어업권의 범위, 보호구역 또는 어업의 방법에 관하여 분쟁이 있으면 그 관계인은 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 재결을 신청할 수 있다.

② 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 재결을 할 때에는 제95조에 따른 해당 시ㆍ도수산조정위원회 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구수산조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
