수산업법 제76조의3(어구관리기록부의 확인ㆍ점검)

① 행정관청 또는 해양경찰청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 소속 공무원으로 하여금 어구관리기록부를 적정하게 작성ㆍ비치ㆍ보존하고 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 어업인에게 관련 자료의 제출 또는 보고를 명하거나 어선에 출입하여 관계인에게 질문하거나 서류를 검사하는 등 필요한 조치를 하게 할 수 있다.
