Fisheries Act, Article 74 (Restrictions on Sales Volume of Fishing Gear, etc.)

① 해양수산부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 어구의 판매량과 판매장소ㆍ판매방법 등을 제한할 수 있다.
