수목원ㆍ정원의 조성 및 진흥에 관한 법률 제23조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 산림청장의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 국립수목원장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.20>
