Act on the Creation and Promotion of Arboretums and Gardens, Article 18-15 (Establishment and Operation of Garden Support Centers)

① 산림청장은 정원산업 진흥에 필요한 업무를 지원하기 위하여 정원지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 지원센터는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

4. 그 밖에 정원산업 진흥 지원을 위하여 필요한 사항

③ 산림청장은 지원센터에 대하여 업무 수행에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다.

④ 지원센터의 설치 및 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
