소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제25조(소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 강소기업 및 창업기업의 선정)

① 법 제15조제1항에 따른 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 분야의 강소기업 또는 창업기업(이하 "강소기업등"이라 한다)으로 선정되려는 자는 중소벤처기업부장관에게 신청해야 한다.

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우에는 해당 기업을 대상으로 제24조제1항 각 호 또는 같은 조 제2항 각 호의 사항을 확인하기 위하여 서면조사 또는 현장조사를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 현장조사를 하려면 조사일 3일 전까지 조사일시, 조사목적 및 조사장소 등을 포함한 조사계획을 조사 대상자에게 통지해야 한다.

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 강소기업등을 선정하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 평가위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

④ 중소벤처기업부장관은 강소기업등을 선정한 경우 법 제15조제2항에 따라 5년의 범위에서 유효기간을 정하여 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 강소기업 또는 창업기업 선정서를 발급할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 그 유효기간을 연장할 수 있다.

⑤ 강소기업등은 생산하는 제품의 포장ㆍ용기 및 홍보물 등에 강소기업등 표시를 할 수 있다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 강소기업등의 선정에 필요한 사항은 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
