소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제23조(전문기업의 확인 및 사후관리)

① 법 제14조제1항에 따라 전문기업으로 확인을 받으려는 기업은 산업통상부장관에게 신청해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) An앤 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 confirmed컨^f펌드 as애즈 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 14 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우에는 해당 기업이 법 제14조제1항 각 호의 요건을 갖추었는지를 확인하기 위하여 서면조사 또는 현장조사를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 현장조사를 하려면 조사일 3일 전까지 조사일시, 조사목적 및 조사장소 등을 포함한 조사계획을 조사 대상자에게 통지해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 법 제14조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른 유효기간"이란 3년을 말한다.

④ 산업통상부장관은 전문기업으로 확인을 받은 기업이 전문기업의 요건을 유지하고 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 서면조사 또는 현장조사를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 현장조사의 절차에 관하여는 제2항 후단을 준용한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문기업의 확인 및 사후관리 등에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
