세무사법 제19조의4(외국세무자문사 자격증 교부 등)

① 재정경제부장관은 자격승인 신청인이 제19조의3에 따른 서류를 제출하면 서류의 내용을 확인하여 이상이 없는 경우 자격승인 신청인에게 외국세무자문사 자격증을 교부한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 재정경제부장관은 자격승인 신청인의 자격승인을 거절하는 경우에는 지체 없이 그 취지와 사유를 자격승인 신청인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
