Enforcement Rule of the Ship Ballast Water Management Act, Article 23 (Intermediate Inspections)

① 법 제13조제1항에 따라 중간검사를 받으려는 선박소유자는 별지 제8호서식의 선박평형수관리설비 검사신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24>

② 법 제13조제2항에 따른 중간검사의 시기는 다음 각 호와 같다.

⑤ 법 제13조제3항에 따라 해양수산부장관은 중간검사에 합격한 선박에 대하여 검사증서의 해당 검사의 이서란(裏書欄)에 서명하고 검사 장소 및 날짜를 적어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24>
