선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제70조(배당 유보의 신청)

① 책임제한절차에 참가한 자는 배당표에 대한 이의신청기간이 지나기 전에 관리인에게 자기의 신고채권에 관하여 절차외소송이 계속 중인 사실 또는 그 채권에 의한 강제집행이나 담보권이 실행 중인 사실을 증명하여 배당의 유보를 신청할 수 있다.
