선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제67조(배당표의 공고 및 비치)

① 법원이 배당표를 인가하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 내용을 공고하여야 한다. 다만, 배당을 받을 제한채권자가 소수(少數)인 경우에는 법원은 이들에게 배당표의 등본을 송달함으로써 공고를 갈음할 수 있다.
