Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 52 (Methods of Management Guidance, etc.)

① 행정안전부장관은 법 제80조제1항에 따라 경영지도를 하려면 그 사유ㆍ기간 등을 해당 금고에 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 법 제80조제1항에 따른 경영지도는 그에 필요한 자료를 제출받아 서면으로 지도하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 직원을 금고의 사무소에 파견하여 현장지도를 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.7.5, 2017.7.26>
