새마을금고법 시행령 제36조(위원회의 구성 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 36 (Composition of the Committee, etc.)

① 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 5명 이상 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

2. 공제 관련 분야(보험학을 포함한다)를 전공한 자로서 대학에서 부교수 이상의 직에 재직하거나 재직하였던 자
