Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 30-3 (Personnel Recommendation Committee)

① 법 제64조의3에 따른 인사추천위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 7명의 위원으로 구성한다.

다. 「협동조합 기본법」 제8조제2항에 따라 구성된 협의회에서 추천하는 사람 1명

4. 금융ㆍ법률ㆍ회계ㆍ감사 또는 인사에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 외부전문가 1명(공무원은 제외한다)

⑤ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
