Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 20 (Reduction of Capital)

① 금고는 법 제35조제6항에 따라 자본금을 감소한 경우에는 총회의 의결이 있은 날부터 10일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항을 회장에게 보고하고, 금고의 게시판에 1개월 이상 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9>
