상고심절차에 관한 특례법 제3조(「민사소송법」 적용의 배제)

(「민사소송법」 적용의 배제) 「민사소송법」의 규정(다른 법률에 따라 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)이 이 법의 규정에 저촉되는 경우에는 이 법에 따른다.
