산업재해보상보험법 제67조(저소득 근로자의 상병보상연금)

① 제66조에 따라 상병보상연금을 산정할 때 그 근로자의 평균임금이 최저임금액에 70분의 100을 곱한 금액보다 적을 때에는 최저임금액의 70분의 100에 해당하는 금액을 그 근로자의 평균임금으로 보아 산정한다.

② 제66조 또는 제1항에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 상병보상연금액을 365로 나눈 1일당 상병보상연금 지급액이 제54조에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 1일당 휴업급여 지급액보다 적으면 제54조에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 금액을 1일당 상병보상연금 지급액으로 한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
