2. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 직종(한국표준직업분류표에 따른다)의 상시근로자가 2명 이상인 사업장으로서 상시근로자 10명 이상 20명 미만을 사용하는 사업장(건설업은 제외한다)
