Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 16 (Prices of Seedlings Produced on Behalf)

국가 또는 지방자치단체가 산림사업을 하기 위하여 필요한 산림용 종묘를 구입하려는 때에는 농림축산식품부령이 정하는 바에 따라 산림청장이 결정ㆍ고시한 가격에 따라야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당지방자치단체의 장이 산림용 종묘의 가격을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.6.20, 2012.11.30, 2013.3.23>
