Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 10 (Creation of Forests on Felled Land, etc.)

① 벌채를 하거나 조림지(造林地)를 훼손한 자는 벌채지나 훼손지에 조림(造林)을 하여야 한다. 다만, 자연적으로 산림이 조성되는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게 기간을 정하여 조림을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.31, 2025.1.31>

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 조림명령을 받은 자가 그 명령을 이행하지 아니하면 산림소유자의 동의 없이 조림을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 조림비용은 제2항에 따른 조림명령을 받은 자가 부담한다. <개정 2017.10.31>
