사회복지사업법 시행령 제8조(사회복지법인의 설립허가신청 등)

①법 제16조에 따라 사회복지법인의 설립허가를 받으려는 자는 법인설립허가신청서에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 사회복지법인의 주된 사무소의 소재지를 관할하는 시장(「제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법」 제11조제2항에 따른 행정시장을 포함한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 거쳐 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 제출(전자문서에 의한 제출을 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2004.7.30, 2007.12.31, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2012.8.3, 2018.4.24>
