사방사업법 제3조의2(사방사업 기본계획 등)

① 산림청장은 사방사업을 계획적ㆍ체계적으로 추진하기 위하여 5년마다 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 사방사업 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

② 기본계획은 사방사업의 여건 및 경제사정 등에 현저한 변경사유가 있는 경우에는 변경할 수 있다.

③ 산림청장이 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 기본계획을 수립하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사의 의견을 들어야 하며, 기본계획을 수립하거나 변경한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 내용을 시ㆍ도지사 또는 지방산림청장에게 통지하고 그 개요를 고시하여야 한다.

④ 시ㆍ도지사 및 지방산림청장은 기본계획에 따라 관할 지역의 특성을 고려하여 5년마다 지역사방사업계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <신설 2013.8.13>
