비송사건절차법 제77조(검사인의 보수)

법원은 「상법」 제298조, 제310조제1항, 제422조제1항 또는 제467조제1항에 따라 검사인을 선임한 경우 회사로 하여금 검사인에게 보수를 지급하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 보수액은 이사와 감사의 의견을 들어 법원이 정한다.
