북한인권법 제6조(북한인권증진기본계획 및 집행계획)

① 통일부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 3년마다 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 북한인권증진기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 위원회의 자문을 거쳐 수립하여야 한다.

② 통일부장관은 기본계획에 따라 매년 북한인권증진에 관한 집행계획(이하 "집행계획"이라 한다)을 위원회의 자문을 거쳐 수립하여야 한다.

③ 통일부장관은 기본계획 및 집행계획이 수립된 때에는 이를 지체 없이 국회에 보고하여야 한다.
