부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제46조(시정의 권고 및 의견의 표명)

① 권익위원회는 고충민원에 대한 조사결과 처분 등이 위법ㆍ부당하다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 경우에는 관계 행정기관등의 장에게 적절한 시정을 권고할 수 있다.
