부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제17조(위원의 겸직금지 등)
Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, Article 17 (Prohibition of Concurrent Offices of Members, etc.)
위원은 재직 중 다음 각 호의 직을 겸할 수 없다.
During the term of office, a member may not concurrently hold any of the following offices:
1. 국회의원 또는 지방의회의원
1. A member of the National Assembly or a local council;
2. 행정기관등과 대통령령으로 정하는 특별한 이해관계가 있는 개인이나 법인 또는 단체의 임ㆍ직원
2. An executive officer or employee of an individual, corporation, or organization having a special interest with administrative agencies, etc. as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
