부마민주항쟁 관련자의 명예회복 및 보상 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 3일 전까지 회의의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 알려야 한다.

(3) To투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 each이치 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 place,플레이스 and앤드 agenda어젠다 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트
