부동산등기법 제68조(거래가액의 등기)

등기관이 「부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률」 제3조제1항에서 정하는 계약을 등기원인으로 한 소유권이전등기를 하는 경우에는 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 거래가액을 기록한다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2016.1.19>
