별정우체국법 시행령 제34조(직원 전체의 기준소득월액 평균액)

① 법 제25조제2항제1호 각 목에 따라 산정한 금액을 합산하여 3으로 나눈 금액을 연금의 지급이 시작되는 시점의 현재가치로 환산하는 방법은 제2조의2를 준용한다. <신설 2015.12.30>

② 법 제25조제4항에 따른 직원 전체의 기준소득월액을 평균한 금액은 직원 전체(전년도 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 계속하여 근무한 사람만 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)의 기준소득월액의 총액을 직원 전체의 수로 나누어 산정하되, 만원 단위로 절상한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2015.12.30>
