별정우체국법 시행령 제30조(유족의 대표자에 대한 급여지급방법)

① 유족 중 유족급여를 받을 동순위자가 2명 이상인 경우에 그 동순위자 또는 그의 법정대리인 중에서 대표자를 선정하여 모든 사람의 급여의 수령을 위임한 경우에는 연금관리단은 법 제24조의4제2항에 따른 등분 지급을 갈음하여 그 대표자에게 그 전액을 지급할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 급여를 지급받으려는 경우에는 대표자 선정서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 연금관리단에 제출하여야 한다.
