변호사법 제70조(총회)

① 지방변호사회에 총회를 둔다.

② 총회는 개업신고를 한 변호사로 구성한다. 다만, 회원수가 200명 이상인 경우에는 회칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원이 선출하는 대의원으로 구성할 수 있다.
