변호사법 제3조(변호사의 직무)

변호사는 당사자와 그 밖의 관계인의 위임이나 국가ㆍ지방자치단체와 그 밖의 공공기관(이하 "공공기관"이라 한다)의 위촉 등에 의하여 소송에 관한 행위 및 행정처분의 청구에 관한 대리행위와 일반 법률 사무를 하는 것을 그 직무로 한다.
