변호사법 제19조(등록취소명령)

법무부장관은 변호사 명부에 등록된 자가 제4조에 따른 변호사의 자격이 없거나 제5조에 따른 결격사유에 해당한다고 인정하는 경우 대한변호사협회에 그 변호사의 등록취소를 명하여야 한다.
