방송광고판매대행 등에 관한 법률 제26조(사무소 및 등기)

① 공사의 주된 사무소의 소재지는 정관으로 정한다.

② 공사는 그 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 때에는 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 필요한 곳에 지사 또는 사무소를 둘 수 있다.

③ 공사는 주된 사무소의 소재지에 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 by바이 completing컴플리팅 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 설립등기와 지사 또는 사무소의 설치등기ㆍ이전등기ㆍ변경등기, 그 밖에 공사의 등기에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
