민사집행법 제223조(채권의 압류명령)

제3자에 대한 채무자의 금전채권 또는 유가증권, 그 밖의 유체물의 권리이전이나 인도를 목적으로 한 채권에 대한 강제집행은 집행법원의 압류명령에 의하여 개시한다.
