민사집행법 제222조(매각대금의 공탁)

①매각대금으로 배당에 참가한 모든 채권자를 만족하게 할 수 없고 매각허가된 날부터 2주 이내에 채권자 사이에 배당협의가 이루어지지 아니한 때에는 매각대금을 공탁하여야 한다.

②여러 채권자를 위하여 동시에 금전을 압류한 경우에도 제1항과 같다.
