교도소ㆍ구치소나 경찰서 등 수사기관의 유치장에 체포ㆍ구속 또는 유치(留置)된 사람에게 할 송달은 교도소ㆍ구치소의 장이나 경찰서 등 수사기관의 장에게 한다. <개정 2006.2.21, 2026.9.29>
