미세먼지 저감 및 관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제7조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 국무총리인 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집하고, 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairpersons,체어퍼슨즈 who후 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 the^ð더 meetings.미팅즈

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 on안 the^ð더 register,^r레지스터 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원장은 위원회에 상정된 안건과 관련된 전문가, 관계 기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장 등을 회의에 참석하게 하여 발언하게 할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 chairpersons체어퍼슨즈 may메이 have해^v브 experts엑스펏츠 related^r릴레이티드 to투 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 agencies,에이전시즈 or오 heads헤즈 of어^v브 local로우클 governments,거^v버먼츠 etc.엣세터^r러 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 speak.스픽

⑥ 위원회의 회의에 출석하는 위촉위원 또는 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 관계 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련하여 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
