물환경보전법 시행령 제75조(이행 또는 설치ㆍ개선 명령의 기간)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제53조제7항에 따라 비점오염저감계획의 이행 또는 시설의 설치ㆍ개선을 명령(이하 이 조에서 "이행명령등"이라 한다)할 경우에는 비점오염저감계획의 이행 또는 시설의 설치ㆍ개선에 필요한 기간을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 범위에서 그 이행 또는 설치ㆍ개선 기간을 정해야 한다. <개정 2019.10.15, 2025.10.1>

② 이행명령등을 받은 자는 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 제1항에 따른 기간에 명령받은 조치를 마칠 수 없는 경우에는 그 기간이 끝나기 전에 기후에너지환경부장관에게 6개월의 범위에서 기간의 연장을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 이행명령등을 받은 자가 그 이행조치를 마친 경우에는 그 이행 결과를 지체 없이 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 기후에너지환경부장관은 제3항에 따른 보고를 받은 경우에는 관계 공무원에게 이행명령등의 이행조치 결과를 확인하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
