Act on Development of Water Management Technology and Promotion of the Water Industry, Article 22 (Establishment of the Water Industry Council)

① 물기업, 물산업 공공기관, 지방자치단체 등은 물기업의 해외진출 지원 및 물산업의 진흥을 위하여 한국물산업협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)를 설립한다.

(1) Water워터 enterprises,엔터프^r라이지즈 water워터 industry인더스트^r리 public퍼블릭 institutions,인스티투션즈 local로우클 governments,거^v버먼츠 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Water워터 Industry인더스트^r리 Council카운슬 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Council")카운슬 to투 support서포트 overseas오우^v버시즈 expansion익스팬션 of어^v브 water워터 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 and앤드 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 water워터 industry.인더스트^r리

② 협의회는 법인으로 한다.

⑤ 협의회 운영에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
