마약류 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(몰수 마약류의 폐기방법)

1. 가연성이 있는 마약류는 보건위생상 위해(危害)가 발생할 우려가 없는 장소에서 태워버릴 것

3. 제1호 또는 제2호의 방법으로 마약류를 폐기할 수 없는 경우에는 지하수를 오염시킬 우려가 없는 지하 1미터 이상의 땅속에 파묻거나, 해수면 위에 떠오를 우려가 없는 방법으로 바닷물 속에 가라앉히거나, 그 밖에 보건위생상 위해가 발생할 우려가 없는 방법으로 처리할 것
