도로교통법 제78조(교통안전교육기관 운영의 정지 또는 폐지의 신고)

교통안전교육기관의 장은 해당 교통안전교육기관의 운영을 1개월 이상 정지하거나 폐지하려면 정지 또는 폐지하려는 날의 7일 전까지 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22>
