도로교통법 제110조(수강료 등)

① 학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 교육생으로부터 수강료나 제108조에 따른 기능검정에 드는 경비 또는 이용료 등(이하 "수강료등"이라 한다)을 받을 수 있다.

② 학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 교육 내용 및 교육 시간 등을 고려하여 수강료등을 정하고 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 학원등에 그 내용을 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 제2항에 따라 게시한 수강료등을 초과한 금액을 받아서는 아니 된다.

④ 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 수강료등의 과도한 인하 등으로 인하여 학원교육의 부실화가 우려된다고 인정하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 조정할 것을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
