댐 주변지역 친환경 보전 및 활용에 관한 특별법 제29조(벌칙)

제25조제1항에 따른 공사의 중지ㆍ변경, 건축물 또는 장애물 등의 개축ㆍ변경 또는 이전, 그 밖에 필요한 처분이나 조치의 명령을 위반한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
