대외무역법 시행령 제57조(원산지 표시방법의 확인)

①제56조에 따른 원산지 표시방법에 따라 원산지를 표시하여야 하는 자는 해당 물품이 수입되기 전에 문서로 그 물품의 적절한 원산지 표시방법에 관한 확인을 산업통상부장관에게 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②제1항에 따른 산업통상부장관의 원산지 표시방법의 확인에 관하여 이의가 있는 자는 확인 결과를 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 서면으로 산업통상부장관에게 이의를 제기할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③원산지 표시방법에 대한 확인 요청과 확인 결과에 대한 이의제기에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④산업통상부장관은 법 제33조제3항에 따라 원산지표시대상물품을 수입하는 자에 대하여 해당 물품이 통관할 때 제56조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 원산지의 표시방법 및 표시 여부 등을 확인할 수 있다. 이 경우 확인방법과 확인절차 등에 관하여는 산업통상부장관이 정하여 고시 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.10.1, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
