농지법 제24조의3(임대차계약에 관한 조정 등)

① 임대차계약의 당사자는 임대차 기간, 임차료 등 임대차계약에 관하여 서로 협의가 이루어지지 아니한 경우에는 농지소재지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장에게 조정을 신청할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장은 제1항에 따라 조정의 신청이 있으면 지체 없이 농지임대차조정위원회를 구성하여 조정절차를 개시하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 농지임대차조정위원회에서 작성한 조정안을 임대차계약 당사자가 수락한 때에는 이를 해당 임대차의 당사자 간에 체결된 계약의 내용으로 본다.

④ 제2항에 따른 농지임대차조정위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 3명의 위원으로 구성하며, 위원장은 부시장ㆍ부군수 또는 자치구의 부구청장이 되고, 위원은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 농업ㆍ농촌및식품산업정책심의회의 위원으로서 조정의 이해당사자와 관련이 없는 사람 중에서 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장이 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.22, 2024.1.23>

⑤ 제2항에 따른 농지임대차조정위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
