1. 조합, 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사 및 손자회사를 포함한다), 연합회 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따른 검사대상기관(이에 상당하는 외국금융기관을 포함한다)의 감사, 회계 또는 농정부문에서 상근직으로 10년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람
