농어촌 등 보건의료를 위한 특별조치법 제21조(보건진료소운영협의회)

① 보건진료소 운영을 원활히 하기 위하여 보건진료소가 설치되어 있는 지역마다 주민으로 구성되는 보건진료소운영협의회를 둔다.

② 보건진료소운영협의회는 다음의 업무를 수행한다.

③ 보건진료소운영협의회의 조직과 운영에 필요한 사항은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
