농어업인의 안전보험 및 안전재해예방에 관한 법률 제20조(「보험업법」 등의 적용)

① 이 법에 따른 보험사업에 대해서는 「보험업법」 제104조부터 제107조까지, 제118조제1항, 제119조, 제120조, 제124조, 제127조, 제127조의2, 제127조의3, 제128조, 제128조의2, 제128조의3, 제131조, 제132조, 제133조, 제134조제1항, 제136조, 제162조, 제176조 및 제181조제1항을 적용한다. 이 경우 "보험회사"는 "보험사업자"로 본다. <개정 2020.3.24>
