농수산물 품질관리법 제93조(검사 결과의 표시)
Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 93 (Indication of Inspection Results)
수산물검사관은 제88조에 따라 검사한 결과나 제96조에 따라 재검사한 결과 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 수산물 및 수산가공품에 검사 결과를 표시하여야 한다. 다만, 살아 있는 수산물 등 성질상 표시를 할 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23>
A fishery products inspector shall indicate the inspection result on fishery products and processed fishery products if, as a result of an inspection under Article 88 or a re-inspection under Article 96, any of the following applies: Provided, That this does not apply where indication is impossible by nature, such as for live fishery products:
1. 검사를 신청한 자(이하 "검사신청인"이라 한다)가 요청하는 경우
1. Where the person who applied for the inspection (hereinafter referred to as the "inspection applicant") requests it;
2. 정부에서 수매ㆍ비축하는 수산물 및 수산가공품인 경우
2. Where they are fishery products and processed fishery products purchased or stockpiled by the Government;
3. 해양수산부장관이 검사 결과를 표시할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우
3. Where the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries recognizes the necessity of indicating the inspection result; and
4. 검사에 불합격된 수산물 및 수산가공품으로서 제95조제2항에 따라 관계 기관에 폐기 또는 판매금지 등의 처분을 요청하여야 하는 경우
4. Where they are fishery products and processed fishery products that failed the inspection and for which a request for disposition such as discarding or ban on sale must be made to a relevant institution under Article 95 (2).
